dc.description.abstractPředložená diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku controllingových aktivit v podniku. Obsahuje teoretické vymezení pojmu controlling, jeho metod, technik a kritérií. V praktické části práce je nejprve představena vybraná společnost a na základě analýzy prostředí jsou vymezeny silné a slabé stránky, příležitosti a hrozby společnosti, které jsou dále zpracovány ve SWOT analýze. Následuje charakteristika controllingu ve společnosti a analýza controllingových aktivit podniku. Největší prostor je věnován finančnímu a produktovému controllingu. Jsou zde popsány jednotlivé činnosti, včetně systémů, ve kterých jsou prováděny. Následuje zhodnocení controllingových aktivit společnosti a na závěr jsou uvedena doporučení, která by mohla vést k jejich zefektivnění.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis Diploma Thesis deals with the controlling activities of the company. The first part is limited to a description of controlling and its methods, techniques and criteria. In the practical part of the work the selected company is introduced. Based on the analysis of the environment the strenghts, weaknesses, opportunities and threats are indentified and ordered within the SWOT analysis process. The next part is about characteristics of the controlling department and its activities. The main part is focused on the financial and product controlling. It contains a descreption of the general activities and systems employed. Next comes the evaluation of the controlling activities in the company and finally several recommendations are given that could lead to an increase in efficiency.en
