dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá využíváním obnovitelných zdrojů energie v obcích a městech, s důrazem na obce a města v České republice. Téma úzce souvisí s energetickou soběstačností obcí a měst, která nabývá na důležitosti. Práce se snaží shrnout a identifikovat motivace pro pořízení obecních obnovitelných zdrojů a také bariéry, kterým v tomto ohledu obce čelí. Práce obsahuje tři případové studie, konkrétně měst Brno a Litoměřice a obce Hostětín. Na základě jejich shrnutí a shrnutí dosavadních poznatků o problematice, včetně postavení komunitní energetiky v Evropské unii a České republice, jsou formulovány doporučená opatření, která by mohla vést k většímu využívání obnovitelných zdrojů v obcích a městech.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe diploma thesis is focused on using renewable energy sources in villages and cities with emphasis on Czech Republic environment. The topic is strongly connected with energy self-sufficiency which is becoming increasingly important. The thesis attempts to summarize and identify the motivations for the constructuon of municipal renewable energy sources as well as the barriers that mucipalities face. The work contains three case studies, the best practices, namely the cities of Brno and Litoměrice and municipality of Hostětín. Based on a summary of them and existing knowledge of the issue, including the status of community energy in the European Union and the Czech Republic, recommended measures are formulated that could lead to a grater use of renewable energy in villages and cities.en
