dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou účetní uzávěrky a závěrky podniku. Práce je rozdělena do několika kapitol, z nichž první tři kapitoly uvádějí teoretické poznatky související s tímto tématem. Je zde definována účetní uzávěrka i závěrka, popsán průběh účetní uzávěrky. Dále jsou analyzovány jednotlivé položky výkazů účetní závěrky a popsány ukazatele finanční analýzy. V poslední řadě je také provedena deskripce modelů a metod řízení zásob. Praktická část je zahájena představením společnosti, která umožnila zpracování diplomové práce, a to konkrétně Západočeského konzumního družstva v Sušici. Dále je provedena analýza procesu účetní uzávěrky a jednotlivých výkazů účetní závěrky družstva. Zjištěna je také finanční situace společnosti za pomoci rozdílových a poměrových ukazatelů. Následně je pojednáno o problematice zásob v družstvu. V závěru celé diplomové práce jsou shrnuty zjištěné informace, zhodnoceno celkového hospodaření ZKD Sušice a nabídnuty návrhy na zlepšení dané situace.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis deals with the analysis of balancing the books and final accounts of the company. It is divided into several chapters, out of that the first three chapters present the theoretical knowledge related to this topic. Firstly, the balancing the books and final accounts are defined as well as the process of final closing is described herein. Secondly, individual items of final account statements are analysed and indicators of financial analysis are described. Finally, description of the models and methods of inventory control is made. The practical part begins with the introduction of the company, namely the West Bohemian consumer cooperative in Sušice, which enabled the elaboration of the diploma thesis. Furthermore, an analysis of the process of balancing the books and the individual balancing statements of the cooperative is made. The financial situation of the company is determined with the help of difference and ratio indicators. Subsequently are also treated on the inventory issues of the cooperative. The conclusion of the diploma thesis summarises the findings, the overall economic activities of the West Bohemian consumer cooperative in Sušice are assessed and suggestions for improvement of the situation are offered.en
