This work tempts to present and analyse comprehensively each of the relevant EU directions, which were created in the sphere of antidiscrimination and implemented in the Czech legal order. this thesis evaluates the current shape and scope of the Czech anti - discrimination legislation and its compliance with the relevant laws of EU. This evaluation deals with the most important advantages and disadvantages of the Czech legislation in the field of anti-discrimination. The acceptance of the koncept of indirect discrimination is regarded as a turbiny point in the case law of the European Court. | en |
