dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce zpracovává téma diagnostiky polytraumat pomocí zobrazovacích metod. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V rámci teoretické části je definováno polytrauma, popsány zobrazovací modality využívané při diagnostice polytraumat, a popsán algoritmus této diagnostiky včetně moderních trendů. Dále je uvedena role radiologického asistenta při diagnostice polytraumat. Praktická část obsahuje v rámci kvantitativního výzkumu statistické zpracování dat o pacientech s polytraumatem přijatých ve Fakultní nemocnici Plzeň za období šesti měsíců. Kvalitativní výzkum je vypracován formou kazuistik z daného souboru pacientů.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of diagnosis of polytraumas using imaging methods. The work is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part, polytrauma is defined, the imaging modalities used in the diagnosis of polytrauma are described, and the algorithm for this diagnosis is described, including modern trends. The role of the radiologist assistant in the diagnosis of polytraumas is also presented. The practical part includes, as part of quantitative research, statistical processing of data on patients with polytrauma admitted to the Pilsen University Hospital for a period of six months. Qualitative research is developed in the form of case studies from a given group of patients.en
