| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou stresové močové inkontinence u žen. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na popis a jednotlivé struktury pánevního dna. Poté následují informace o hlubokém stabilizačním systému páteře. Dále je v teoretické části práce uvedena charakteristika jednotlivých druhů močové inkontinence, včetně možností jejich diagnostiky a léčby pomocí jednotlivých fyzioterapeutických přístupů. Praktická část obsahuje kazuistiky dvou pacientek trpících stresovou formou inkontinence, jsou zde popsána vstupní vyšetření, krátkodobý a dlouhodobý rehabilitační plán a postup terapie. Po osmi týdnech je terapie zakončena výstupním vyšetřením a jsou zhodnoceny výsledky sledování. Ve výsledcích šetření jsou zpracované standardizované dotazníky kvality života I - QoL, které přináší informace o subjektivním vnímání močové inkontinence samotnými pacientkami. Dotazníkové šetření potvrdilo, že nadpoloviční většina žen trpících močovou inkontinencí špatně snáší omezení svých zájmů a aktivit, a zažívá pocity trapnosti a studu způsobené únikem moči. Výsledky sledování také potvrzují, že po osmi týdnech pravidelného cvičení došlo ke zvětšení svalové síly pánevního dna u obou pacientek. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The subject of this bachelor thesis is the issue of female stress urinary incontinence. The theoretical part is focused on description and individual structures of pelvic floor following vertebrae deep stabilization system information. Furthermore, the theoretical part characterizes different types of urinary incontinence including diagnostics and treatment using selectable physiotherapy approaches. The practical part includes two case studies of female patients suffering from stress urinary incontinence from initial screening and entrance examination to a short - term and a long - term rehabilitation plan and a course of therapy. The therapy is finished after eight weeks by final physical examination and therapy results assessment. Within the results, the standardized questionaires of life quality (I - QoL) are used and processed. These questionaires deliver information about subjective perception of urinary incontinence by the female patients. The questionnaire - based survey confirmed that more than half of women with urinary stress incontinence suffered badly from restrictions of their interests and activities and had bad experince with feelings of embarrassment and shame in relation to urine leakage. The monitoring results also confirm that after eight weeks of regular excercise the muscular strength of pelvic floor increased in both monitored female patients. | en |
