| dc.description.abstract | Tématem této práce je onemocnění Charco-Marie-Tooth a jeho rehabilitace. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, přičemž v teoretické části je popsané samotné onemocnění, jeho formy, klinický obraz, diagnostické metody a léčebné postupy. Praktická část zahrnuje 4 kazuistiky vybraných pacientek s přepisem rozhovoru na témata týkající se kvality nabízené rehabilitační péče. Následně se zde zabývám výsledky, které potvrdily, nebo vyvrátily mé hypotézy. | cs |
