dc.description.abstract	Neodmyslitelnou součástí ošetřovatelské péče o kriticky nemocné je práce s přístrojovou technikou. Osvojení si znalostí a dovedností s rozmanitými přístroji je pro nově nastupující všeobecné sestry velmi náročnou úlohou. Teoretická část obsahuje informace o zdravotnické technice v prostředí intenzivní péče, dále pojednává o přijímání nových pracovníků a jejich adaptačním období pod vedením mentora. Praktická část je tvořena kombinací kvantitativního a kvalitativního výzkumného šetření. Kvalitativní výzkumné šetření bylo realizováno ve formě rozhovorů, které byly zaměřeny na subjektivní pohled všeobecných sester na průběh adaptačního procesu v souvislosti s přístrojovou technikou. Tímto způsobem byla identifikována obtížně zvládnutelná přístrojová technika v nejrůznějších souvislostech. V kvantitativním výzkumném šetření byl pro zmapování osobnostní typologie všeobecných sester pracujících v prostředí intenzivní péče využit standardizovaný dotazník MBTI.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	Working with the devices is an integral part of the nursing care of the critically ill patients. Mastering knowledge and skills with a variety of the devices is for the newly hired nurses a very challenging task. The theoretical part contains an information on medical technology in the intensive care environment, also deals with the recruitment of the new staff and their adaptation period under the supervision of a mentor. The practical part is composed of a combination of a quantitative and qualitative research.The qualitative research was implemented in the form of the interviews, which were focused on the subjective view of the nurses on an adaptation process in a relation to the device. In this way were identified the difficult to control devices in various contexts. In the quantitative research for mapping a personality typology of the nurses working in intensive care was used a standardized questionnaire MBTI.	en
