| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se zabývá Spojenými arabskými emiráty. Cílem práce je popsat nejdůležitější politické, ekonomické a zahraniční aspekty země, získat celkový obraz země, zhodnotit nabyté informace a vytvořit vlastní budoucí výhled pro Spojené arabské emiráty v časovém horizontu deseti let s přihlédnutím k vývojovým scénářům Světového ekonomického fóra do roku 2025 a vizi samotných Spojených arabských emirátů do roku 2021. K dosažení tohoto cíle se zaměřuji na politický systém federace, podrobně rozpracovávám ústavu Spojených arabských emirátů, věnuji se ústavním článkům, které jsou v rozporu se skutečností. Popisuji složení a funkci federálních národních orgánu. Ekonomická část je věnována národní hospodářské výkonnosti s přihlédnutím k makroekonomickým ukazatelům. Následující kapitoly popisují zahraniční vztahy Spojených arabských emirátů s regionálními státy a významnými světovými mocnostmi a období a vliv arabského jara na federaci. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This thesis deals with economics and policy of the United Arab Emirates and including its international relations. The work provides informations about the political system and economic conditions of the federation. It focuses mainly on the political structure while handling the Constitution of the United Arab Emirates and observes following of the law in practice. The thesis describes the economic situation and the economic efficiency of the country using macroeconomic indicators. To provide a comprehensive picture of the current situation of the federation I pay attention to the international relations of the United Arab Emirates. Especially in regard to the interaction with states of the region Middle East and global superpowers. Moreover it describes events of the Arab Spring and its impact on the political attitudes of the United Arab Emirates. The aim of the thesis is to present a summary of the current economic and political state of the United Arab Emirates and to create a prediction of the development for the next ten years. For evolving my own prognosis I utilised the one made by the World Economic Forum providing data until 2025 and a prediction of the govermnent of the United Arab Emirates analysing the development until 2021.In the final part, the processed informations are evaluated and my own prognosis of the economic and political development in the following years is presented. | en |
