dc.description.abstractTato práce by měla sloţit jako průvodce britským parlamentním systémem, která shrnuje a poukazuje, vysvětluje a analyzuje systém parlamentní vlády a slouţí jako podklad pro hlubší zkoumání této problematiky. Je rozčleněna do 12 hlavních kapitol, které jsou dále systematicky řazeny do oddílů a pododdílů. První část se věnuje historickému exkurzu, vymezení pojmů, podstatou britského parlamentarismu, jeho fungováním a provázaností moci zákonodárné a výkonné. Svým obsahem dává moţnost pochopit strukturu a princip fungování britského systému. Druhá část nám definuje postavení opozice, politických stran a poukazuje na okamţiky, který měly na vývoj toho systému vliv. Mezi ně patří i parlamentní volby v roce 2010, které po více neţ 36 letech změnily ve Velké Británii systém vlády.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe main aim of this diploma thesis is to investigate by analysis the development of British parliamentarism, the circumstances and the influences that this form of government (throughout the individual periods of time) intensified and enfeebled ? which resulted in so-called Hung Parliament. In this thesis I have defined the essential characteristics and the principle of the British parliamentary system, the cohesion of the legislative and executive power, and its functioning. The first part deals with historical excursion and definition of terms. Its content gives the reader an opportunity to understand the structure and operating principles of the British system. The second part defines for us the position of opposition and political parties. It also points to the moments which had an influence on the development of this system. Among them belongs the parliamentary election in 2010 that after more than 36 years changed the system of government.en
