| dc.description.abstract | V současné době rostou stále více nároky na nestandardní způsoby měření velmi jemných součástek, povlaků, spojů, sledování struktur rozličných materiálů a na kontrolu textury, či drsností povrchů s vysokou přesností měření. K těmto účelům se s výhodou využívají optická zařízení – konfokální laserové rastrovací mikroskopy, umožňující až submikronové zobrazení povrchů materiálů s nestandardní rozlišovací schopností zobrazení a s možností přesného troj- rozměrného měření. | cs |

For these purposes, optical devices are advantageously used - confocal laser scanning microscopes, allowing up to sub-micron imaging of material surfaces with non-standard imaging resolution and the possibility of accurate three-dimensional measurement. | en |
