dc.description.abstractTato práce si klade za cíl automatizovat či jinak zjednodušit konverzi nasbíraných dat a metadat ze systému Body in Numbers do populárního formátu RDF. Tento formát se často využívá na poli medicínské informatiky a zároveň se používá i pro sdílení nasbíraných medicínských dat mezi výzkumnými pracovníky ve stejném oboru. Pro úspěšnou konverzi do některého z možných RDF formátů bude nutné nadefinovat ontologii popisující používanou terminologii v systému BiN a i během procesu sbírání dat. Také bude potřeba vybrat vhodné úložiště a následně ho nasadit do provozu v rámci infrastruktury BiN. Toto realizované řešení bude následně naplněno daty z BiN a znovu otestováno již v provozu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe main goal of this master thesis is to automate or otherwise simplify the conversion of collected data and metadata from Body in Numbers system to the popular RDF format. This format is being often used in the field of medical informatics and is also used to share collected medical data among researchers inside the same area of expertise. To successfully convert the collected data into any of the possible RDF formats, it will be necessary to define an ontology describing the terminology used inside the BiN system and during the data collection process. It will also be necessary to select a suitable RDF store for the job and then deploy it inside the BiN infrastructure. This deployed solution will then be filled with real, converted data from the BiN system and it will be tested again during its live service.en
