dc.description.abstractPrimárním cílem této práce je nastínit a posoudit argumentaci některých teorií ospravedlnění trestu zejména pak konsekvencialismu, retributivního konsekvencialismu a konsensuální teorie. Velká část textu je věnována souvislostem mezi různými typy ospravedlnění, důvodů a teorií trestu. Část práce se též zabývá některými pojmovými znaky trestu.cs

A major part of the text is devoted to the links between different types of justification, reasons and theories of punishment.
