| dc.description.abstract | Předkládaná bakalářská práce je zaměřena na testování kvality bondovaných spojů, seznámení s problematikou testování a zhodnocení jednotlivých testů. První část se zabývá metodami bondování a základním rozdělením bondovacích nástrojů. Druhá část popisuje test tahem, střihem a některé další průmyslové standarty pro hodnocení kvality bondu. Třetí kapitola navrhuje možné testovací zařízení a porovnává zařízení dostupná na trhu. | cs |
