dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá protikrizovou politikou českých, potažmo československých sociálních demokratů během Velké hospodářské krize a současné finanční a ekonomické krize. Práce se dále zabývá otázkou, jak se změnil charakter kapitalismu po hospodářské krizi ze třicátých let minulého století a jak jej mění dnešní ekonomická krize. V závěru práce jsou nastíněny výzvy a cíle sociálnědemokratické politiky pro jednadvacáté století.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	The main theme of this thesis is the analysis of the policy of The Czechoslovak Social Democratic Worker's Party and its follower the Czech Social Democratic Party during the Great Depression and current financial and economic crises. We attempted to describe the causes and the consequences of both crises. Then we tried to find some solutions, how these crises have been solved by The Czechoslovak Social Democratic Worker's Party and the Czech Social Democratic Party. Furthermore, we draw a comparison between these two economic crises and comparison between policy solutions of both social democratic parties. The work goes on debating the future of the policy of the current European social democracy. We also try to find out, how contemporary economic crisis affect the character of the neoliberal capitalism. Finally, this paper offers some objectives, which should modern social democratic parties realize to become successful. Present social democratic parties have to, according to the author, mainly deal with the challenges of global capitalism and to deal with the welfare state and the public sector retrenchment. Important challenge to the modern social democratic parties is a deepening decline of the democracy and the national government by reason of financial capital supremacy.	en
