| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se zaobírá onkologickým onemocněním hlavy a krku. V teoretické části jsou kapitoly zaměřeny na anatomii, samotné nádory hlavy a krku dle lokalizace, stručný popis léčby nádorů v dané oblasti, komplikace používaných léčebných metod a poslední kapitola je zaměřena na jednu z komplikací, a to orální mukozitidu. Závěrečná kapitola teoretické části obsahuje informace o samotné mukozitidě, ostatních patologiích v dutině ústní, prevenci, léčbě a ošetřovatelských intervencích žádoucích v péči o pacienty trpící tímto dyskomfortem. Empirická část práce je realizována prostřednictvím kvalitativního výzkumu pomocí rozhovorů. Výzkumné šetření se cíleně zaměřuje na všeobecné sestry, popřípadě sestry specialistky pečující o pacienty s tímto poškozením, neboť mají osobní zkušenosti. Jako vhodná metoda sběru informací byly vybrány polostrukturované rozhovory s respondenty, které byly nahrávány na mobilní telefon, následně přepsány přímou transkripcí do textové podoby a analyzovány. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The diploma thesis deals with oncological diseases of the head and neck. In theoretical parts of the chapters the focus is on anatomy,head and neck tumors according to location, brief desription of the treatment of tumors in the given area and complications of the used methods. Last chapter focuses on one of the complications, namely oral mucositis. Final chapter of the theoretical part contains information about mucositis itself,other pathologies in the oral cavity,prevention,treatment and nursing interventions required in the care of patiens suffering from this discomfort. The empirical part of the work is realized through qualitive research. The research investigation focuses on general nurses or nurses speciasts caring for patients with this injury,as they have personal experience. As appropriate method of collecting information were selected semi-structured interviews with respondents, which were recorded on a mobile phone ,subsequently transcribed by direct transcription into text form and analyzed. | en |
