| dc.description.abstract-translated | This study is interested in history of beer making in Plasy, it includes brewing of beer in monastery brewery and later in Metternichs brewery. The goal of this work is to introduce readers to a brewing of the beer in Plasy, to explain them basic terminology of brewing beer and sow overall basic history of breweries in Plasy. Primar emphasis is on monastery brewery, basic orientation in problematic of service of (princely) brewery. Out of written available sources author used memories of elders. | en |
