dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce zpracovává problematiku ochrany spotřebitel v rámci práva EU. Práce představuje vybrané částí této materie a člení se do čtyř kapitol. V první kapitole je popsán pojem ochrany spotřebitele a historický vývoj ochrany spotřebitele v rámci EU. Druhá kapitola se soustředí na právní prameny ochrany spotřebitele, především na primární a sekundární právo EU. Třetí kapitola se věnuje problematice spotřebitelských smluv a čtvrtá kapitola se zaměřuje na organizace a instituce zajišťující ochranu spotřebitele.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis deals with the issue of consumer protection in the framework of EU law. The thesis presents selected parts of this subject and is divided into four chapters. The first chapter describes the concept of consumer protection and the historical development of consumer protection within the EU. The second chapter focuses on the legal sources of consumer protection, mainly primary and secondary EU law. The third chapter deals with consumer contracts and the fourth chapter focuses on consumer protection organisations and institutions.en
