| dc.description.abstract | Je všeobecne známe a niekoľkokrát štatisticky potvrdené, že kardiovaskulárne ochorenia sú najčastejšou príčinou smrti žien a mužov na celom svete. Taktiež sú hlavnou príčinou invalidity a zníženej kvality života. Týmto ochoreniam sa dá z veľkej časti predchádzať včasnou prevenciou, ktorá zahŕňa správnu edukáciu pacientov. Moja diplomová práca sa zaoberá edukáciou pacientov s ischemickou chorobou srdca. Teoretická časť zoznamuje čitateľa s pojmom edukácia, fázami edukačného procesu, didaktickými pomôckami, metódami a formami edukácie. Popisuje čo je edukačný štandard, rolu sestry edukátorky a najčastejšie prekážky v edukácii pacienta. Ďalšia kapitola je venovaná kardiovaskulárnym ochoreniam, procesu aterosklerózy a rizikovým faktorom. Zameriava sa na ischemickú chorobu srdca, jej akútne i chronické formy a stručne charakterizuje ostatné kardiovaskulárne ochorenia. Praktická časť zahŕňa realizáciu edukácie u pacientov s ischemickou chorobou srdca, v rámci ktorej bola použitá metóda kvalitatívneho výskumu - rozhovor. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | It is widely known and several times statistically confirmed that cardiovascular diseases are the leading cause of women and men deaths worldwide. They are also the leading cause of disability and reduced quality of life. These diseases can be largely prevented by timely prevention, which includes correct education of patient. My diploma thesis deals with education of patients with coronary heart disease. The theoretical section introduces the reader to the concept of education, steps in educational process, didactic aids, methods and forms of education. It describes educational standard, the nurse educator's role and the most common obstacles to patient education. The next chapter is devoted to cardiovascular diseases, atherosclerosis process and risk factors. It focuses on coronary heart disease, its acute and chronic forms and briefly characterises other cardiovascular diseases.
