dc.description.abstract	Tato práce se věnuje problematice in-silico testování regulátorů pro léčbu diabetu. Jedním ze vstupů pro tento druh testování je testovací scénář, obvykle ve strukturované podobě. První část této práce se tedy zabývá aplikací, která umožní nadefinovat libovolný scénář. Druhá část této práce se věnuje přímo in-silico testování, pro které bude navržena a implementována aplikace, která umožní vložit hned několik konfigurací virtuálních pacientů, nad kterými budou prováděny výpočty vybraných metrik. V neposlední řadě se práce věnuje implementaci vhodné metriky, která by byla lepší pro in-silico vyhodnocení léčby.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	The main topic of the thesis is in-silico testing of patients with diabetes mellitus. First input for the testing is a scenario file. Therefore it is necessary to create an application which would help to create those scenarios. Then in the second part of the application there would be a tool to run an experiment of several configurations of virtual patient. This tool would then compute metric values over those configurations. Results of computations would be printed out. The last but not least part of the thesis is to implement new metrics that would help with in-silico treatment evaluation.	en
