dc.description.abstractTato práce pojednává o metodách tlumení bolesti při porodu. Práce je rozdělena do části teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části jsou popsány témata historie tlumení bolesti při porodu, bolest obecná charakteristika, fyziologie bolesti, porodní bolest, stupnice měření bolesti. Dále jsou v práci vypsané metody tlumení bolesti při porodu ať farmakologické tak i nefarmakologické. Také jsou zmíněné výhody a nevýhody metod tlumení bolesti při porodu. Praktická část má výzkumný charakter a hlavním cílem bylo zjistit, které metody tlumení bolesti ženy využívají během porodu. Získání dat v průzkumném šetření probíhalo pomocí anonymního dotazníků rozdaných vybranému vzorků respondentek. Po sběru dat byla provedena analýza. Následuje vyhodnocení výsledků šetření a ověřování cílů a předpokladu bakalářské práce.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis paper discusses methods of pain relief during labor. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the history of the themes of pain relief during labor, pain - general characteristics, physiology of pain, labor pain, pain measurement scale. Further, there are listed methods of pain relief during labor both pharmacological and non-pharmacological. Also mentioned advantages and the disadvantages of pain during childbirth. The practical part is a research character and the main goal was to determine which methods of pain control used by women during childbirth. Getting the data in an exploratory survey conducted by anonymous questionnaires distributed to the selected sample of respondents. After collecting the data analysis was performed. Followed by evaluation of the results of the investigation and verification objectives and provided the thesis.en
