dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem pánevního dna na pohybový aparát u žen po porodu. V teoretické části je popsáno, jaké komplikace spojené s dysfunkcí pánevního dna mohou po porodu nastat a zároveň je zde popsána funkce pánevního dna jako součást hlubokého stabilizačního systému páteře. Cílem teoretické i praktické části je popsat, jak lze skrze cvičení pánevního dna zapojit ostatní části hlubokého stabilizačního systému páteře a tím ovlivnit struktury pohybového aparátu. Pro praktickou část byly pro probandy vytvořeny brožury cviků. Byly u nich provedeny dynamické testy. Výzkum byl podpořen vyplněním dotazníku. Výsledky byly odborně zpracovány a vyhodnoceny formou tabulek a grafů. Bylo stanoveno 5 hypotéz, 4 hypotézy byly potvrzeny. Z výsledků vyplývá, že pánevní dno může ovlivnit stav pohybového aparátu u žen po porodu a svojí dysfunkcí způsobit poporodní komplikace.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor's thesis explores the impact of the pelvic floor on the musculoskeletal system in women after childbirth. The theoretical part discusses possible complications associated with pelvic floor dysfunction after childbirth and describes the pelvic floor's function as a part of the spine's deep stabilization system. The aim of both the theoretical and practical parts is to describe how engaging the deep stabilization system of the spine through pelvic floor exercises affects the structures of the musculoskeletal system. Exercise brochures were created for the subjects in the practical part, and dynamic tests were performed. The research was supported by a questionnaire. The results were professionally processed and evaluated in the form of tables and graphs. Five hypotheses were established, and four of them were confirmed. The results show that pelvic floor dysfunction can cause postpartum complications and affect the musculoskeletal system's condition in women after childbirth.en
