| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou jizvy po císařském řezu a její následné terapie. V teoretické části shrnuje práce poznatky o jizvě, dále se specializuje na jizvu po císařském řezu. Přibližuje terapeutické metody, kterými se jizva ošetřuje a jako jednu z dalších alternativních metod k ovlivnění hojení jizvy uvádí myofasciální manuální lymfodrenáž. Využití poznatků o manuální lymfodrenáži společně s teoretickými poznatky je aplikováno na pacientky po císařském řezu. Zjištěné výsledky výzkumu jsou uvedeny v praktické části bakalářské práce. V diskuzi a závěru textu bakalářské práce jsou zhodnoceny a porovnávány výsledky léčebných terapií pacientek. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The bachelor thesis deals with the scar tissue therapy after ceasarean section. In the theoretical part the thesis summarizes the findings about scar, then it is concretized to scar after caesarean section. The thesis describes the therapeutic methods by which the scar is treated and it shows one of the alternative method for scar therapy, myofascial manual lymphatic drainage. The use of knowledge is applied to patients after the C-section and the results are presented in the practical part of the thesis. In the discussion and conclusion, the results of patient´s therapies are evaluated and compared. | en |
