dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce je zaměřena na kvalitu života imunosuprimovaných pacientů po transplantaci ledviny a je rozdělena do dvou částí. V teoretické části jsou rozpracovány kapitoly týkající se transplantace ledvin, imunosuprese, kvality života a edukace. V praktické části jsou analyzovány a zpracovány informace získané dotazníkovým šetřením. Interpretace výsledků poskytuje náhled na subjektivní vnímání kvality života po transplantaci ledviny dospělými respondenty, rozdělenými do třech věkových kategorií. Tyto výsledky jsou shrnuty v diskuzi a závěru práce.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis is focused on the quality of life of immunosuppressive pacients after a renal transplant and the thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part includes chapters dealing with the kidney transplantation, immunosuppression, quality of life and education. The practical part analyses and processes information gathered through questionnaire survey. The interpretation of the results provides a sight into the subjective perception of quality of life after the renal transplant of adult respondents who are divided into three age groups. These results are summerized in the discussion and the conclusion of the thesis.en
