| dc.description.abstract | Předložená diplomová práce zpracovává teoretickou rešerši k problematice ekonomiky a financování zdravotnických zařízení. Vymezuje význam základních pojmů z rezortu zdravotnictví - zdraví, zdravotní stav, péče o zdraví, zdravotnictví, zdravotnický systém, zdravotnická zařízení. Zvláštní pozornost práce věnuje nemocnicím. Poskytuje teoretický pohled na náklady, výnosy a vybrané ukazatele finanční analýzy. Teoretické poznatky doplňuje o současné trendy a statistické údaje. Tato práce představuje konkrétní zdravotnické zařízení - Institut klinické a experimentální medicíny v Praze. Na tomto příkladě popisuje strukturu nákladů a výnosů. Finanční zdraví zde hodnotí na základě vybraných ekonomických ukazatelů. | cs |
