dc.description.abstractTématem diplomové práce jsou "Metody měření a řízení výkonnosti podniku a jeho využití v podnikové praxi." Diplomová práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je nejprve charakterizován pojem výkonnost a následně popsány tradiční a moderní měřítka výkonnosti podniku. V praktické části je nejdříve charakterizovaný analyzovaný podnik. V následující části je provedena finanční analýza pomocí vybraných tradičních ukazatelů za sledované období 2013 2017. V další části je zhodnocena finanční výkonnost podniku prostřednictvím moderního ukazatele EVA. Závěrečná část diplomové práce se zabývá zhodnocením systému měření a řízení výkonnosti a následně jsou navržena opatření, která by měla vést ke zlepšení dané situace.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe topic of this diploma thesis is "Measurement methods and corporate performance management and its use in business practice." The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. First, the theoretical part characterizes the concept of performance and, subsequently, it brings a description of traditional and modern scales of business performance. The practical part characterizes the analysed company. Its following section brings a financial analysis using selected traditional indicators over the period of 2013 to 2017. The following section evaluates the financial corporate performance using modern EVA indicators. The final part of the thesis deals with the evaluation of the system of measurement and performance management and, subsequently, proposes measures, which should lead to the improvement of the given situation.en
