dc.description.abstractHlavním cílem diplomové práce je navržení optimální kapitálové struktury konkrétního podniku. Vybrán byl podnik Tima s.r.o. Nejprve byly vymezeny základní pojmy, definována byla kapitálová struktura, složky jednotlivých druhů kapitálu a náklady kapitálu a uvedeny jednotlivé teorie optimalizace kapitálové struktury. V navazující části jsou uvedeny základní informace o zvoleném podniku, jeho historii a minulé i současné zaměření na činnosti v odvětví stavebnictví. Do této části je začleněna stručná analýza ukazatelů, které se vztahují ke kapitálové struktuře. Analyzovaná byla současná kapitálová struktura podniku. Na základě této analýzy byl zvolen postup a vhodné teorie k navržení optimální kapitálové struktury ve vztahu k současným externím a interním ekonomickým podmínkám. Uvedeny jsou změny ve výkonnosti a zadluženosti podniku, kterých je možno docílit při úpravě kapitálové struktury.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe main goal of this diploma thesis is to suggest an optimal capital structure of a particular enterprise. For this purpose, Tima Ltd was chosen. Firstly, the basic concept was defined, followed by capital structure, components of individual types of capital and expenses of the capital. Secondly, individual theories of optimization of capital structure are introduced. They are followed by basic information about the chosen enterprise, its history and its past and contemporary focus on business activities in the building industry. This part of the thesis embodies a brief analysis of indicators, performances of the enterprise, which relate to the capital structure. The current capital structure of the enterprise was analysed. On the basis of this analysis the appropriate method was chosen as well as suitable theories to suggest an optimal capital structures in relation to current external and internal economical conditions. The changes in performance and indebtedness of the enterprise are included they are possible to be achieved while adjusting the capital structure.en
