dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá zavedením metody anti-MCV do běžného provozu laboratoře. V rámci praktické části byla metoda řádně validována a verifikována a bylo provedeno ekonomické zhodnocení využívané diagnostické sady od výrobce ORGENTEC. Výsledky této práce ukázaly, že je metoda vhodná pro použití v běžném provozu laboratoře. V poslední části je porovnána senzitivita a specifičnost metody anti-MCV s jinými serolo-gickými markery z výsledku stanovovaných vzorků z FN Plzeň. Výsledky neukázali výho-du stanovování anti-MCV oproti ostatním markerům. Při analýze korelací mezi anti-MCV a ostatními serologickými markery mělo anti-MCV nejvyšší korelaci s anti-CCP.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis deals with the implementation of the anti-MCV method into the routine laboratory operation. In the practical part, the method was properly validated and verified, and an economic evaluation of the diagnostic kit from ORGENTEC was performed. The results of this work showed that the method is suitable for use in routine laboratory opera-tions. In the final section, the sensitivity and specificity of the anti-MCV method were compared with other serological markers from samples collected at the FN Pilsen. The results did not show an advantage of using anti-MCV over other markers. When analyzing correlations between anti-MCV and other serological markers, anti-MCV had the highest correlation with anti-CCP.en
