dc.description.abstract-translatedArticle is devoted to the issue of dealing with municipal property after the amendment of the law, which was supposed to make the process of dealing with this property transparent. Despite the good intentions of the legislator, the goal was not achieved and it is clear that electronicization and digitization may not always lead to transparency. The author criticizes the amendment to the Municipal Property Act, which was implemented by Act No. 137/2023 Z.z. and suggests its immediate change.
