dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce na téma "Statistická analýza podnikových dat" se zabývá společností provozující únikovou hru a jejím problémem se snižující se návštěvností. V úvodní části práce je společnost i s problematikou detailně popsána. Další část se věnuje metodologii kvalitativního i kvantitativního výzkumu, sběru dat, zajištění kvality měření a sběru dat, jednotlivým fázím statistického šetření a metodice statistické analýzy, především prostřednictvím testování hypotéz. V praktické části dochází ke zvolení konkrétních metod, stanovení výzkumných otázek a následnému sestavení a provedení statistického šetření. Interní podniková data a sesbíraná externí data jsou poté analyzována a testována dle stanovených hypotéz za účelem odhalení důvodů k poklesu návštěvnosti. Pozorované skutečnosti jsou shrnuty v závěru práce v podobě doporučení následujících strategických kroků.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe Master's Thesis on "Statistical Analysis of Company Data" deals with an escape room company and its problem of decreasing attendance. The introductory part of the thesis provides a detailed description of the company and its issues. The following section focuses on the methodology of qualitative and quantitative research, data collection, quality assurance, the phases of statistical investigation, and the methodology of statistical analysis, primarily through hypothesis testing. In the practical part, specific methods are selected, research questions are established, and a statistical investigation is designed and conducted. Internal company data and external data are analyzed and tested based on established hypotheses to uncover the reasons for the attendance decline. The observed facts are summarized in the conclusion of the thesis in the form of recommendations for strategic actions to be taken.en
