dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá analýzou krizového řízení vlády a dopady pandemie COVID-19 na podnikatelské subjekty a občany. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je vyhodnotit krizové řízení státu spojené s pandemií COVID-19 a stanovit dopady krize jak na společnost, tak na konkrétní podnikatelský subjekt. V úvodu práce je nastíněn teoretický rámec krizového managementu, dále práce popisuje platnou legislativu a východiska pro financování krizových situací. Součástí teoretické části je také popis jednotlivých orgánů krizového řízení v České republice. Praktická část se zaměřuje na konkrétní kroky a opatření vydaná vládou spolu s popisem kompenzační pomoci pro podnikatele a firmy. V poslední části jsou zhodnoceny dopady do společnosti a na konkrétní podnikatelský subjekt.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis master's thesis is focused on crisis management analysis and impacts of COVID-19 on businesses and people. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate crisis management of the Czech government during pandemic crisis and identify impacts of this crisis on one specific company and society in general. The first part describes theoretical framework for crisis management, it also describes current legislative and crisis funding. The theoretical part contains description of the crisis management authorities in the Czech Republic. The main focus of the practical part is to introduce specific approaches to contain the pandemic alongside with the examples of government compensations and support for businesses. Lastly, the impact of the Covid crises on the society and on the chosen company is introduced and evaluated.en
