dc.description.abstractTato práce se zabývá situací notářství v letech 1918 - 1938, s důrazem na oblast hlavního města Prahy. Zahrnuje tradiční agendu a pojetí notářství ve stručném historickém vývoji, vývoj jednotlivých právních úprav v letech 1850 - 1938, organizaci, vybranou agendu notářské činnosti, působení notářských komor a spolků, činnost a názory dobových představitelů a krátkosti i vzpomínky a zkušenosti vybraných notářů úřadujících v Praze.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis deals with the situation of notaries in the years 1918 - 1938, with an emphasis on the area of the capital city of Prague. It includes the traditional agenda and the concept of notary in a brief historical development, the development of individual legal regulations in the years 1850 - 1938, the organization, the selected agenda of notary activity, the operation of notary chambers and associations, the activities and opinions of contemporary representatives and brief memories and experiences of selected notaries in office in Prague .en
