dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se věnuje problematice řešení konfliktů všeobecnými sestrami v domovech pro seniory. Práce je zaměřena na zmapování příčin konfliktů mezi všeobecnými sestrami a klienty. Dále na komunikační strategie, které využívají všeobecné sestry při řešení konfliktů a na vzdělávání všeobecných sester v rámci celoživotního vzdělávání v dané oblasti. Hlavním cílem je zmapovat zkušenosti všeobecných sester s řešením konfliktů v domovech pro seniory Plzeňského kraje.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis deals with the problem of conflict resolution by general nurses in homes for the elderly. The thesis focuses on mapping the causes of conflicts between general nurses and clients. It also focuses on the communication strategies used by general nurses in conflict resolution and on the education of general nurses in continuing education in this field. The main aim is to map the experience of general nurses in conflict resolution in homes for the elderly in the Pilsen region.en
