dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce bude zaměřena na kárnou odpovědnost soudců. Úvodem je popsána dělba státní moci, s důrazem na vymezení filozofického a právního základu, na němž stojí moc soudní a spolu s tím i kárná odpovědnost soudce. Na to navazuje vymezení historického vývoje kárné odpovědnosti soudce a následný doktrinální popis aktuálně platné právní úpravy kárné odpovědnosti soudců. Na základě komparace je závěrem porovnána právní úprava kárné odpovědnosti soudců a jednotlivých právnických profesí.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis will focus on the disciplinary responsibility of judges. The introduction describes the separation of state powers, with an emphasis on defining the philosophical and legal basis on which the judicial power, and with it the disciplinary responsibility of judges, is based. This is followed by a definition of the historical development of judicial disciplinary liability and then a doctrinal description of the current legal regulation of judicial disciplinary liability. Finally, the legal regulation of the disciplinary liability of judges and individual legal professions is compared.en
