dc.description.abstractObsahem diplomové práce je projektová dokumentace pro provedení stavby, zpracovaná pro stávající objekt bytového domu v Houškově ulici v Plzni. Dokumentace řeší rekonstrukci původního objektu a jeho nástavbu o dvě užitná podlaží. Kromě zpracování stavební části bylo provedeno statické posouzení vybrané partie objektu a posouzení požární bezpečnosti vybrané části objektu. Přílohy diplomové práce tvoří výkresy dokumentace pro provedení stavby a výkaz výměr, který slouží jako podklad pro zhotovení rozpočtu stavby. Obsah diplomové práce je v souladu s platnými normativy a vyhláškami.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe content of the diploma work is the design documentation for building construction, developed for the existing building residential house in Houškova Street in Pilsen. Documentation addresses the reconstruction of the original object and the superstructure of two floor levels. In addition to the construction of the processing was carried out structural analysis of selected part of the building and the fire safety of the selected object. Attachments of this work are created by drawing documentation for building construction and bill of quantities, which serves as a basis for making the building budget. The content of the diploma work is in accordance with the norms and regulations.en
