dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi vyšetření mozku pomocí výpočetní tomografie, indikacemi k tomuto vyšetření a jeho využitím v praxi. V teoretické části je v úvodu celé problematiky popsán princip a vznik rentgenového záření. Poté jsou tyto poznatky rozvedeny v další části o výpočetní tomografii a nakonec je zde popsána anatomie mozku. V praktické části je zhotoven kvalitativně-kvantitativní výzkum, v kterém jsou ukotveny fakta k zodpovězení výzkumných otázek a předpokladů práce.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis deals with the possibilities of brain examination using computed tomography, indications for this examination and its use in practice. The theoretical part describes the principle and origin of X-rays in the introduction to the whole issue. Then these findings are elaborated in the next section on computed tomography and finally the anatomy of the brain is described. In the practical part, a qualitative-quantitative research is made, in which the facts are anchored to answer the research questions and assumptions of the work.en
