dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá potulkou a tuláctvím v kontextu právní úpravy 19. století. Zaměřuje se na analýzu nejdůležitějších legislativních opatření týkajících se tohoto jevu a na jejich dopad na tehdejší společnost. Práce nejen vymezuje samotné pojmy "potulka" a "tuláctví", ale také sleduje, jakým způsobem se společnost a státní instituce stavěly k potulným osobám. Cílem práce je přispět k hlubšímu pochopení vývoje právní regulace potulky a tuláctví a jejího významu v širším společenském kontextu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis deals with vagrancy and wandering in the context of 19th century legislation. It focuses on the analysis of the most important legislative measures concerning this phenomenon and their impact on the society of that time. The thesis not only defines the very terms 'vagrancy' and ' wandering', but also traces how society and state institutions dealt with vagrants. The aim of the thesis is to contribute to a deeper understanding of the development of the legal regulation of vagrancy and wandering and its significance in the wider social context.en
