| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím radioterapie v léčbě karcinomu rekta. V teoretické části je stručně popsána anatomie rekta, epidemiologie a diagnostika karcinomu, ale především radioterapie a její aspekty, včetně nežádoucích účinků. Dále navazuje praktická část popisující konkrétní případy využití radioterapie. Je tvořena souborem kazuistik popisujících léčbu pacientů, kteří podstoupili mezi lety 2012 až 2015 ozařování na Onkologické a radioterapeutické klinice Fakultní nemocnice v Plzni. Práce přináší ucelený pohled na způsoby a možnosti využití radioterapie v léčbě karcinomu rekta. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The bachelor thesis deals with the use of radiotherapy in the treatment of rectal cancer. The theoretical part briefly describes the anatomy of the rectum, epidemiology and diagnosis of carcinoma, but especially radiotherapy and all its aspects, including side effects. Further followed by a practical part describing specific cases of radiotherapy use. It consist of a set of case studies describing the treatment of patients, who underwent irradiation betwen 2012 to 2015 on Oncology and radiotherapy clinic of University hospital in Pilsen.
