dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá zkušenostmi všeobecných sester s ošetřováním pacientů s Huntingtonovou chorobou s formou klasickou, juvenilní i s pozdním začátkem. Zaměřuje se na chování pacientů a specifickou ošetřovatelskou péči. V teoretické části práce popisujeme etiopatogenezi onemocnění, genetiku, neurologické a psychiatrické příznaky, formy onemocnění, stádia, možnosti léčby a také komplikace Huntingtonovi choroby. Dále se zabýváme zkušenostmi všeobecných sester s agresivním chováním pacientů a zkušenostmi s depresí u pacientů. Praktická část obsahuje rozhovory se všeobecnými sestrami, které pečují o pacienty trpící Huntingtonovou chorobou. Hlavním cílem práce bylo zjistit zkušenosti všeobecných sester s ošetřováním pacientů s touto chorobou.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe Bachelor's thesis examines general nurses' experience in caring for patients with Huntington's disease in its standard, juvenile and late-onset forms. It focuses on the behaviour of patients and specific nursing care. The theoretical part focuses on describing the etiopathogenesis of Huntington's disease, genetic, neurological and psychiatric symptoms, forms and stages of the disease, treatment options and complications. It also discusses general nurses' experiences with aggressive behaviour in patients and their experiences with depression in patients. The practical part includes interviews with general nurses caring for patients with Huntington's disease. The thesis's primary objective is to investigate general nurses' experiences in caring for patients with this disease.en
