dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na rozbor problematiky vlivu zahraničních větrných elektráren na přenosovou soustavu České republiky. V první kapitole jsou uvedeny možnosti, které má dispečer společnosti ČEPS v případě, že dojde k nadbytkům přenášeného výkonu naší přenosovou soustavou. V následující kapitole je osvětlen důvod, proč vznikají problémy na našem území při nadvýrobě větrných elektráren v Německu. Dále navazuje kapitola, kde popisuji možnosti, kterými by se daly dané problémy řešit. V závěrečné kapitole popisuji omezovací podmínky daných řešení.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor work focuses on the analysis of the problem of the impact foreign wind power plants to the transmission system of the Czech republic. In the first chapter there is stated the possibilities which has the dispatcher of CEPS in case that there is the surplus of transferred power through our transmission grid. In the next chapter is explained why arise problems in our country while the surplus production wind power plants in Germany. After that continues the chapter, where I describe the possibilities how could be solved these problems. The final chapter describes the restrictive conditions of the solution.en
