| dc.description.abstract | Práce se zabývá srovnáním efektu manuální terapie a terapie ultrazvukem při léčbě achillodynie. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, přičemž v teoretické části je zaměřena na příčiny vzniku, patologii, klinický obraz a diagnózu achillodynie, kineziologii nohy a možnosti terapie u bolestí Achillovy šlachy. Praktická část se skládá z vybraných pacientů a průběhu následné léčby achillodynie. Součástí je nestandardizovaný dotazník a vizuální analogová škála bolesti (VAS), které potvrdí, či vyvrátí mé hypotézy. | cs |

The work is divided into two parts where the theoretical part focuses on the inception causes, pathology, diagnosis and a clinical image of achillodynia, leg kinesiology and therapy options for Achilles tendon pain. The practical part consists of selected patients and the subsequent treatment course of achillodynia. Included is a standard questionnaire and a visual analog pain scale (VAS) to confirm or disprove my hypothesis. | en |
