| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou nastavování hranic ve spolupráci mezi poradkyněmi služeb rané péče a jejich klienty. Cílem práce bylo prozkoumat postoje těchto pracovnic k profesním hranicím, porozumět tomu, jak je vnímají, prožívají a uplatňují v praxi, a identifikovat faktory, které tento proces ovlivňují. Teoretická část představuje klíčové pojmy, jako jsou profesní hranice, složky postojů (kognitivní, emocionální, behaviorální) a profesní role poradkyně. Empirická část vychází z kvalitativního výzkumu, jehož data byla analyzována pomocí obsahové analýzy a otevřeného kódování. Zjištění ukázala, že hranice jsou vnímány jako zásadní pro udržení profesionálního vztahu a vzájemného respektu. Důraz je kladen na jejich flexibilitu, individuální přístup a průběžnou reflexi. Postoje k hranicím se jeví jako komplexní, ovlivněné osobními přesvědčeními, emocemi i konkrétním jednáním. Výsledky mohou přispět ke zkvalitnění praxe podporou reflexe, otevřené komunikace a vzdělávání v této oblasti. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of setting boundaries in the context of cooperation between early care counselors and their clients. The aim of the thesis was to explore the attitudes of these professionals towards professional boundaries, to understand how they perceive, experience, and apply them in practice, and to identify the factors that influence this process. The theoretical part presents key concepts such as professional boundaries, the components of attitudes (cognitive, emotional, behavioral), and the professional role of the counselor. The empirical part is based on qualitative research, and the data were analyzed using content analysis and open coding. The findings showed that boundaries are perceived as essential for maintaining a professional relationship and mutual respect. Emphasis is placed on their flexibility, individual adaptation, and ongoing reflection. The attitudes towards boundaries appear to be complex, shaped by personal beliefs, emotions, and behavior in specific situations. The results may contribute to the improvement of professional practice by emphasizing the importance of regular reflection, open communication, and education on this topic. | en |
