dc.description.abstractRigorózní práce se zaměřuje na právní regulaci distribuce pojištění v České republice. V úvodu práce je definován pojem distribuce pojištění a nejdůležitější právní předpisy, které se k tomuto tématu vztahují. Následně se práce zabývá osobami, které jsou oprávněné zprostředkovávat pojištění, jejích personálními předpoklady a v neposlední řadě jejími povinnostmi při distribuci pojištění, které jsou jí právními předpisy ukládány. V závěru rigorózní práce je pak definován dohled, který Česká národní banka vykonává nad distribucí pojištění a přestupky dle zákona o distribuci pojištění a zajištění.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe rigorous thesis focuses on the legal regulation of insurance distribution in the Czech Republic. In the introduction of the thesis the concept of insurance distribution and the most important legal regulations related to this topic are defined. The thesis subsequently deals with the persons who are authorised to intermediate insurance, their personal requirements and, not least, their obligations in insurance distribution, which are imposed by the legislation. The rigorous thesis concludes with a supervision exercised by the Czech National Bank over the distribution of insurance.en
