Práce rozpracovává také teorii sond, jejich výrobu a použití. V praktické části se práce věnuje rozboru použitelných sond pro mikroskop od firmy BRUKER. Vzhledem k použití a zpracování z hlediska jejich fyzikálních vlastností a rovněž porovnání cen od výrobce. | cs |
