dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce je zaměřena na téma Litevských statutů z let 1529, 1566 a 1588. Práce se věnuje nejprve vysvětlení pojmu Litevských statutů, jejich společným aspektům a rozvádí tento pojem v rámci právnické terminologie. Dále se zabývá historickými údálostmi a okolnostmi vzniku Prvního statutu a později i Statuty z roku 1566 a 1588. Následně popisuji systematiku všech Litevských statutů a vybraných odvětví práva, které jsou v nich obsaženy. V závěru věnuji pozornost postavení Litevských statutů, respektive jejich pozice v kontextu středověké Evropy.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis is dedicated to the topic of the Lithuanian Statutes from years 1529, 1566 and 1588. First off this thesis tries to explain the term Lithuanian Statutes and their shared aspects. Furthermore, it describes the historical events that led to the creation of the First Statute and later creation the eventual creation of the Second and Third Statutes. Subsequently I describe the systematics of all the Lithuanian Statutes and selected areas of law that are incorporated within the Lithuanian Statutes. In the conclusion I pay attention to the position of the Lithuanian Statutes or more precisely to their position in the context of medieval Europe.en
