dc.description.abstractPředkládaná bakalářská práce je zaměřena na přehled výkonových polovodičových součástek. Součástky jsou řazeny dle složitosti struktury, od nejmenšího počtu PN přechodů ( diody) až po nejsložitější struktury (triak). Vše je chronologicky uspořádáno. U každé součástky, používané ve výkonové elektronice, jsou napsány údaje od historie, struktury, parametrů až po použití. Pro názornější ukázky jsou použity obrázky, díky kterým je vše jasnější a srozumitelnější. Nechybí také grafy a charakteristiky. Dosahované parametry, tj. proudy, napětí apod. jsou přebrány z katalogů předních výrobců daných součástek. Vše je utříděno pro snazší orientaci a vyhledávání potřebných informací.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe present thesis is focused on an overview of power semiconductor devices. The components are sorted by the complexity of the structure, from the smallest number of PN junction (diode) to the most complex structure of (triac). Everything is arranged chronologically. For each component, used in power electronics, data are written from the history, structure, parametersto use. For illustrative examples are used pictures that makeeverything clear and understandable. There also graphs and characteristics. The achieved parameters, ie current, voltage, etc. are taken from the catalogs of the leading manufacturers ofcomponents. Everything is easier orientation for sorting and searching for information needed.en
