dc.description.abstractPředkládaná diplomová práce se věnuje informačním systémům v podnikové praxi. Hlavním cílem této práce je analyzovat stávající informační systémy ve vybraném nejmenovaném podniku a na základě zjištěných poznatků navrhnout vhodný ERP systém, který plně nahradí současné informační systémy, zefektivní podnikové procesy a řízení firmy. Úvodní kapitoly obsahují teoretická východiska týkající se tématu podnikových informačních systémů, jsou zde definovány základní pojmy, historický vývoj, dále pak funkce, přínosy ERP systémů a je nastíněn i proces jejich implementace. Na tuto část práce navazuje analýza informačních systému ve vybraném podniku, která ukazuje výrazné nedostatky stávajících řešení. Další kapitoly se proto zabývají návrhem implementace ERP systému KelEXPRESS, který odpovídá požadavkům vybraného subjektu a dokáže komplexně zajistit chod veškerých klíčových procesů firmy a jeho aplikací bude dosaženo efektivnějšího řízení podniku.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe submitted master thesis deals with information systems in business practise. The main goal of this thesis is to analyse the existing information systems in a chosen unnamed company and based on detailed knowledge to suggest a suitable ERP system, which will fully replace the current information systems and will make the business processes more effective and the company management as well. The introductory chapters contain a theoretical background concerning the topic of business information systems, there are defined basic concepts, historical development, then the functions, benefits of ERP systems and there is the process of their implementation outlines too. This part of thesis is followed by an analysis of the information system in a selected unnamed company, which shows certain shortcomings of existing solutions. The next chapters therefore deal with the suggestion of the implementation of the ERP system KelEXPRESS, which corresponds with the requests of the selected company and can comprehensively cover all the key processes and its implementation will lead to the more effective company managing.en
