| dc.description.abstract | Hlavním cílem práce bylo zjistit, zda je možné použít plazmu získanou z plné krve (odebrané do zkumavky K3EDTA) pro izolaci nukleových kyselin (RNA) v dostatečném množství a dostatečné čistotě tak, aby bylo možno provést stanovení biomarkerů ze skupiny mikroRNA u pacientů s kardiovaskulárním onemocněním. Pro izolaci byly použity soupravy firmy Qiagen (Hilden, Německo). Parametry izolované RNA (koncentrace a čistota) byly měřeny na přístroji Nanodrop 1000 (Thermo Fisher Scientific Waltham, USA). | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The main aim of this thesis was to find out, if it is possible to use plasma of a whole blood (collected to K3EDTA tube) for isolation of nucleic acids (RNA) in sufficient quantity and quality for setting biomarkers from group of microRNAs in patients with cardiovascular diseases.
