| dc.description.abstract | Daná práce je zaměřena na analýzu managementu dvou florbalových ženských klubů FBŠ Slavia Plzeň a FC Peninsula Thunders. Florbal v České republice a Austrálii je značně rozdílný už jen v porovnání popularity tohoto sportu. Pomocí analýzy dokumentů, dotazníků, rozhovorů a pozorováním byly získány veškeré informace o managementu a marketingu ve vybraných klubech. Dané návrhy na zlepšení slabých míst v organizacích poslouží ke zkvalitnění florbalu nejen ve zmíněných klubech, ale mohou pomoci i jiným sportovním odvětvím. | cs |
