dc.description.abstractPředložená diplomová práce je založena na analýze nákladů, výnosů a výsledku hospodaření ve společnosti Panasonic AVC Networks Czech, s. r. o. Tato práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou definovány náklady, výnosy a výsledek hospodaření a jejich členění. Je zde také definován bod zvratu. Dále jsou zde definovány metody a kritéria řízení nákladů, jako jsou kalkulace a rozpočty. Praktická část je zaměřena na stručné představení společnosti, provedení její SWOT analýzy a na zpracování finanční analýzy, analýzy nákladů, výnosy a výsledku hospodaření, dále na analýzu bodu zvratu a citlivosti. V závěru praktické část jsou uvedena shrnutí a navržena možná zlepšení.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe present thesis is based on an analysis of costs, revenues and profit in the company of Panasonic AVC Networks Czech, sro This work is divided into theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part are defined costs, revenues and results of operations and their classification. There is also defined a turning point. There are also defined methods and criteria of cost management such as calculations and budgets. The practical part is focused on the brief introduction of the company, made its SWOT analysis and processing of financial analysis, cost analysis, revenue and profit, further analysis of the breakeven point and sensitivity. In conclusion, the practical section provides a summary and suggested possible improvements.en
